Your Sküma MY™ Station delivers pure, mineral-optimised water every day. To keep it performing at its best, regular maintenance is essential.
Why Descaling Matters ?
Limescale can reduce flow, affect taste, clog components, and shorten lifespan.
How Often to Descale ?
Config 1 (without maintenance button): every 5–8 weeks or after 3 weeks inactivity.
Config 2 (with maintenance button): every 4 months or after 8 weeks inactivity.
What You Need ?
• 1 sachet of Sküma Descaling Powder (35 g)
Step 1 — Prepare the System
1. Ensure the device is full of water.
2. Empty both reservoirs.
3. Remove the mineral bottle.
4. Remove the Super-Filter with the key-tool.
5. Insert the maintenance filter.
Step 2 — Descale the System
6. Add 1 descaling powder sachet.
7. Set to Max and ∞.
8. Fill with 2 L of hot water, mix well.
9. Insert the tank.
Config 2 only: Hold the maintenance button for 10 seconds.
10. Let the system run until filtration stops.
11. Leave for 30 minutes.
Step 3 — Final Rinse
1. Empty the machine using Cool + ∞.
2. Rinse and refill the tank.
3. Run 1–2 rinse cycles with the maintenance filter.
4. Reinstall the Super-Filter.
5. Reinstall the mineral bottle.
Super-Filter Replacement
Replace at least once per year, or after more than 6 weeks of non-use.
