Refunds
We have a strict 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Any requests beyond the 30-day period will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances. Returns and refund will not be applicable to consumables like Bases, Boosters, Glass bottles and others.

If your unit was replaced with a new one, the original 30-day return period from the date of the initial delivery remains applicable. The return policy does not restart with the replacement unit. Furthermore, if your unit was replaced with a new one, the original 1-year standard warranty period from the date of the initial delivery remains applicable. The warranty does not restart with the replacement unit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We maintain the right to reject any refund request if the unit is not returned in its original condition, even if the request is made within the 30-day window. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and address it promptly.

Disclaimer: Sküma Water is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting directly or indirectly from the use of our products. By using our products, you agree that we will not bear any liability for such incidents.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., mineral refills, food), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (e.g., beauty products) and glass bottles. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. When sending your unit back for a replacement, make sure to keep your Super Filter, Maintenance Kit and all other consumables initially shipped with your order. Simply return the MY Station water dispenser.

Refund Issuing
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 30 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@skumawater.com.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any requests beyond the 14-day period will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances. Returns and refund will not be applicable to consumables like Bases, Boosters, Glass bottles and others.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
