Our Why: Water has become compromised.

The problem itself is clear. We can’t claim to be the first ones who saw it. Water - the foundation of all wellness - has become seriously compromised. Tap water carries pesticides, PFAS, heavy metals, pharmaceutical residues, and microplastics. Bottled water remains wasteful, generic, and often contaminated with BPA.But knowing what the problem is and providing a world-class solution are two different things (ask any inventor!).
- We knew at the outset there had to be a better way, but creating something truly exceptional takes time, testing, and relentless refinement. Our first prototypes were actually water distillers designed to create medical-grade contact lens solutions for eye care. The focus was precise: transform tap water into multipurpose solutions that met strict medical standards. But then came a crucial realisation—the same result could be achieved more efficiently through reverse osmosis technology.

- Even more importantly, we recognised that this precise filtration approach could be applied far beyond the medical field. Why not apply it to something everyone needs daily to thrive physically and mentally: clean drinking water of the very highest standard?

This insight transformed our entire development philosophy. We weren't building a single-purpose water system - we were removing every barrier to better hydration. Development accelerated as we systematically stripped away every unnecessary component and doubled-down on the core proposition. This same intense focus got us thinking about the basis of hydration itself, and how exactly it might be tailored to each individual:
- Athletes need different minerals than office workers.
- People with digestive issues require different pH levels.
- Some people need enhanced recovery support while others prioritise sustained energy.
- With the help of sports scientists, nutritionists, health practitioners, and our partners from The Robertet Group, we came to understand this fundamental truth: Hydration isn't just about quenching thirst - it's about controlling the foundation of everything else you do.

This same insight crystallised our 3-step protocol:
Remove → Add → Boost.
- Remove (MY™ Station): Strip away everything harmful.
- Add (MY™ Bases): Introduce beneficial minerals essential to the body’s optimal functioning that also enhance the water’s taste.

Every subsequent decision could now be measured against these three pillars. We had our framework for systematic refinement. The purest water isn't just H2O, it's H2O enhanced with the right minerals, vitamins, and micronutrients for the right person at the right moment.
